CU Denver is hosting several Denver Startup Week events at the Jake Jabs Center for Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado Denver Business School.

The Jake Jabs Center will first host a coffee and networking event from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. Immediately following, from 9:00 to 12:00 p.m., the Jake Jabs Center is hosting a speaker series event entitled “Fostering Education Through Entrepreneurship.” The speaker event will feature four executives from prominent Colorado companies, including:
- Jake Jabs, President and CEO, American Furniture Warehouse
- Mark Goodman, President and CEO, Boyer’s Coffee
- Stephanie McCoy, Managing Director, Columbine Capital Advisors
- Rutt Bridges, Managing Partner, Quest Capital Partners
These Colorado business leaders will discuss tying in the impact of business education to the entrepreneurial experience. Both of these Jake Jabs Center events will be held in the Laube Collaborative Commons, on the fifth floor of the CU Denver Business School building. The Business School building is located at 1475 Lawrence Street, on the corner of 15th and Lawrence in downtown Denver.
