NIMBL is on a tear, with 50 employees -- and hiring -- and a forecast for $17 million in revenue for 2013.
"We've hired 30 new full-time employees in the last 60 days," says CEO Yosh Eisbart . "We've got another 10 teed up."
Eisbart and CTO Michael Pytel co-founded NIMBL in 2009 to offer software and services to "the vast SAP space," says Eisbart.
German multinational SAP is the world's largest business software company. It offers a wide range of enterprise software spanning resource planning to mobile.
Eisbart says the company's new Application Management Services (AMS) have underpinned the job growth. "We support clients across the country," he says. "That's one of the reasons for the hiring frenzy."
"It's onshoring," Eisbart adds. "Customers have a cost-competitive alternative to offshoring. We're creating jobs in Colorado."
Local managed services clients include The Shane Company and Animal Health International in Greeley, while the broader customer roster also includes multinationals like ExxonMobil and PepsiCo.
Now based at TAXI in RiNo, NIMBL is moving to an onetime Phillips 66 gas station in the Art District on Santa Fe that the company is upcycling into a 21st-century office space, with room for 100 employees as well as a yoga room, barista bar and gym. Eisbart says the move will be completed by fall 2013.
All the growth has earned NIMBL the first-ever back-to-back awards from the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce: Emerging Business of the Year for 2012 and Small Business of the Year for 2013.
The company's reputation extends well beyond metro Denver, adds Eisbart. "We're becoming known as North America's leading SAP technologist."
